Fill Local Rx uses a flat per-claim admin fee that is built to protect your pharmacy’s margins. There is no spread pricing and there are no hidden backend fees. Billing is monthly and based on claim volume, and detailed pricing is provided during registration.
What data sources do you use for reimbursements?
Fill Local Rx uses current NADAC and wholesaler data so reimbursements reflect true acquisition and ingredient costs. That supports higher dispensing fees while keeping everything clear and transparent.

Does a discount-card purchase count toward my insurance deductible?
A prescription paid with a discount program is a cash purchase made outside your prescription insurance benefit, so it generally does not count automatically toward your deductible or out-of-pocket limit. Ask your plan how it handles cash receipts.
