Fill Local Rx is a pharmacy-friendly prescription discount program from PPOk, the Oklahoma City company founded in 1985 by independent community pharmacists. We exist so local pharmacies can offer patients up to 80% savings on prescriptions without giving up their margins: accurate reimbursement, zero hidden fees and full pass-through of net rebates.

Our program aligns with true costs, eliminates unnecessary fees and supports the healthcare community. Reimbursement is based on current NADAC and wholesaler data, the admin fee is a flat amount per claim, and every net rebate we receive goes to the pharmacy.

PPOk (Pharmacy Providers of Oklahoma, Inc.) is an Oklahoma City company founded in 1985 by independent community pharmacists. Today PPOk is the parent company of a family of brands that serve independent pharmacies, employers and hospices across the United States. Fill Local Rx is the family’s prescription discount program.
